The CARE Center is here to help people develop a harmonious relationship with their pets.

The CARE Center strives to offer our community education and resources that foster a mutually supportive bond between companion animals and people. Through our classes and programs, we hope to give people a better understanding of their pet’s basic needs.

Beyond that, we strive to help open the lines of communication between companion animals and their people. Oftentimes when animals "misbehave" they are not intentionally causing trouble; they're just doing what comes naturally to them. Likewise, humans often respond to animal behavior in a way that makes sense to other humans, but hopelessly confuses the animal.

The misunderstandings that arise between people and their pets can have dire consequences for both. Through education, we can enrich the lives of people and the animal companions that share their homes and community.
